1. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)

We offer non-refundable subscription plans unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.

However, we understand mistakes happen, so we offer:

  • First-Time Refund (New Users Only):
    If you're a new customer and are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

  • Pro-Rated Refunds:
    We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-subscription.


2. Renewals & Cancellations

  • Auto-Renewal:
    Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation:
    You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access to features continues until the current billing cycle ends.


3. Failed Charges & Disputes

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Abuse of the platform

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

  • Extensive usage of AI credits or services before cancellation
